Cancellation policy
This is for stays booked directly with us. If you booked through Airbnb or Vrbo, the policy on your reservation there applies.
Stays of 28 nights or more
- Cancel 65 or more days before arrival for a full refund.
- Inside 65 days, we keep a quarter of the nightly total and refund the rest.
Stays under 28 nights
- Cancel more than 14 days before arrival for a full refund.
- Inside 14 days, we keep a quarter of the nights or two nights, whichever is more, and refund the rest.
For every stay
- Cleaning and pet fees are always refunded.
- If we rebook your dates, you get back what we kept. If only part of the stay is rebooked, you get back that share.
Leaving early
- In the first 30 nights, the first 30 nights are owed.
- After 30 nights, you pay for the nights you stayed plus 7, never more than what you booked.
Being asked to leave
- Repeated complaints, or any violence or aggression toward guests or animals, means leaving the property immediately with no refund.
